The Superbia Group, a prominent financial services group, has successfully acquired Headley Financial Services, an Independent Financial Adviser based in Hampshire. The acquisition marks a strategic move to enhance The Superbia Group's reach in the South East region of the UK.
Established in 2019, The Superbia Group is a collective of financial services companies committed to delivering a client-centric approach. The group, which recently achieved B Corp Certification™ for meeting rigorous social and environmental standards, boasts a family of companies, including Financial Advisers Furnley House, Asset Intelligence Research, and Asset Intelligence Portfolio Management.
Furnley House, a key member of The Superbia Group, will collaborate closely with the Headley Financial Services team to offer additional services and share best practices. With a track record of successfully acquiring four firms in the past 12 months, Furnley House exemplifies the group's commitment to growth and expansion.
The deal with Headley Financial Services increases the Assets Under Management for The Superbia Group by £280 million.
